Reset Retreat
About our Retreat
Each day will include a two-hour walk or hike tailored to your group. As we are a maritime community with bays on both sides, you’ll enjoy plenty of sea air, which helps clear the sinuses and promotes good sleep, thanks to naturally occurring magnesium ions. You’ll need good outdoor gear for these Wild Atlantic facials, so be sure to pack waterproofs.
Pilates sessions will be led by our instructor Christina, a qualified physiotherapist, and Epsom Salt Baths will ensure you drift off into a good night’s sleep.
Our nutritional programme is designed by award-winning chef Brydie, a passionate vegan, alongside Siobhán, our nutritionist. Being vegetarian, the menu has minimal allergens and is crafted to give your entire digestive system a break, allowing your gut to reset. But don’t worry—you won’t go hungry. Brydie will make sure of that!
Accommodation will be provided at the family-owned, 3-star Broadhaven Bay Hotel in Belmullet. Renowned for its outdoor tidal pool, nature walks, relaxation opportunities, and rugged beauty, it is the perfect location for a Reset Retreat. Rooms are single occupancy, but there is an option for shared occupancy upon request. Prices include everything except transport.
We recommend taking the lunchtime train on Thursday to Ballina, followed by the bus to us. We’ll have you back in Heuston by teatime on Sunday (with a packed lunch for the train, of course). Train prices from Heuston to Ballina range from €16.99 to €18.99 each way. That’s not a typo! We encourage you to take the train—not just to be eco-friendly, but also to enjoy some rest along the way.

Just walking close to the shore is beneficial for human health. Sea air carries multiple minerals and ions, particularly for womens health including magnesium, sodium and chloride. Sea air is also heavier so helps clear put your sinus and nasal cavities. For those brave enough, our local tidal pool - pictured here - and around the corner, is a great way to get the benefits of salt water. Be brave and pack your togs. And tissues!
